Panel: Strengthening the STEM Pipeline
- Tiffany Gamble has been an avid community advocate for over 20+ years working within various nonprofit social services organizations in the urban communities within Omaha and the Council Bluffs region. Witnessing positive transformation strides within individuals and communities has been the best rewards while working in Human Service arena. While studying the how fast social systems are changing due to technology and understanding the emerging tech landscape of Omaha, Emerging Ladies Academy was born. Exposing emerging tech to girls of color in urban communities can change their trajectory for success. ELA’S mission it to develop a diverse Tech talent pipeline through Emerging STEAM platforms to young ladies in middle/high school.
